I combine evidence-based research on eating behaviours and body confidence with the latest hypno-psychotherapeutic and mindfulness techniques to enable my clients to create new positive relationships with food and their body.
Our work together will discover and get to the deep seated reasons that have been driving you to over eat or control eat in the past, so that eating only what your body really needs becomes the new normal. In essence, it’s about reprogramming you to do what naturally thin people do effortlessly.
I assess fully all aspects of your current struggles, lifestyle, medical history to uncover once and for all the deep underlying reasons that have been driving you, despite your willpower, to struggle to control your eating behaviour in the past.
I will give you a new way to manage food, eating and thinking of you that will end all guilt and struggle with food, self-sabotaging behaviour, emotional and comfort eating.
